1. Acceptance

By installing and using the faisdodo app ("the App"), published by the P51 collective, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What faisdodo is

faisdodo is an information and guidance tool about children’s sleep. From an assessment and a log you fill in, it works out a night score and offers recommendations grounded in published studies. It is currently a prototype built to test the concept.

3. Not medical advice

The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for a consultation. It makes no diagnosis and prescribes no treatment. Recommendations are general and educational. For any concern about your child’s health or sleep — snoring, breathing pauses, unusual sleepiness, repeated terrors — see a doctor or paediatrician. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.

4. Responsible use

You are responsible for the decisions you make from the information in the App. The suggested steps are avenues to adapt to your child and your situation; you remain the sole judge of what suits them.

5. Your data

faisdodo runs on your device: your data does not leave your phone. You are responsible for it and can delete it at any time. See the privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its design, text and educational content are protected. The scientific studies cited belong to their respective authors and publishers; references are provided for documentation. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive right to use the App.

7. Availability & changes

The App is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from error. As a prototype, its features may change, be added or removed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, P51 shall not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, nor for decisions taken on the basis of its information.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
